About Spark

Spark Yoga was established and founded by Steph & Nick Young in November 2013. Our vision was to create a safe space in our hometown for all to congregate without judgement or ego. I (Steph) longed to be part of a community where I felt encouraged to be myself, to be vulnerable, and to foster meaningful relationships. With little knowledge on how to build out a space, run a business, and grow a team Spark was born and has grown into a beautiful healing home where we unpack fear, celebrate who we are, and support each other’s journey. We are forever learning & growing and feel so blessed to serve the county of San Luis Obispo.
