FLOW
Flow: Movement as if in a stream. To circulate.
This class is designed to heighten breath/body awareness using fluid transitions to cultivate a profound body & mind connection. This class will keep you moving to the rhythm of your breath, allowing for freedom of expression and exploration. It's playful and sweaty! The pace of this class is a bit slower than POWER and more dynamic than REFINE. Set to energizing music and is open to all levels. (100 degrees)
YANG+YIN (candlelit)
A unique offering combining POWER & RESTORE. This class will begin with a 45-minute Power Flow sequence, followed by a 25-minute restorative session. Prepare to sweat & get the heart rate up, then wind down with postures to calm the nervous system and restore the body. (100 degrees)
CANDLE FLOW
Surrounded by candles, this class is designed to heighten breath/body awareness using fluid transitions to cultivate a profound body & mind connection. This class will keep you moving to the rhythm of your breath allowing for freedom of expression and exploration. It's playful and sweaty! Class is set to energizing music and is open to all levels.
POWER
A challenging, energetic flow incorporating muscle strengthening & toning exercises. Increase your heart-rate to initiate a cardiovascular element to the practice while . The pace of this offering is more dynamic than FLOW (think SCULPT without weights). This class is all-levels, however, some foundational posture knowledge is encouraged. (100 degrees)
POWER + Philosophy | 75 Min
A challenging, energetic power flow that builds strength and endurance while inviting you to dive deeper into the roots of yoga. Expect a strong, continuous sequence that is faster-paced and more demanding than FLOW. Each month will center around a new yoga philosophy theme. The theme is introduced at the start of class, intentionally woven throughout the physical asana practice, and integrated into a closing meditation. You’ll leave the room feeling not just worked and strong, but grounded in the “why” behind the practice.

REFINE
REFINE: To bring to a fine or pure state; free from impurities.
This offering is foundational, focusing on breathwork, alignment, and stability while building mental & physical endurance. Expect to hold postures for a few breaths to encourage muscle & joint strength as well as mental clarity. The pace of this class is slower than FLOW and more dynamic than RESTORE. All levels welcome! (100 degrees)
STRETCH
This class is designed to help you move deeper, feel better, and unlock greater freedom in your body without slowing all the way down into stillness. Through intentional, active stretching and controlled mobility work, you’ll target deeper muscle layers and support joint health. Expect a combination of dynamic stretches, range-of-motion exercises, and mindful transitions that build both flexibility and stability. Rather than passively holding poses, you’ll actively engage muscles as you're stretching to create lasting change in how your body moves and feels. This is a perfect complement to your regular yoga practice, helping to improve performance, prevent injury, and release areas of chronic tightness (hello hips, shoulders, and spine).
**This class is less dynamic than Refine & incorporates a bit more movement than a Restorative/Yin class.
SCULPT
Fun, sweaty, & always worth it! A Power Flow class incorporating light weights and other props for added resistance to strengthen all the muscles in the body while building endurance, stability, and CONFIDENCE. Expect to work to your edge and embrace getting uncomfortable while celebrating all you are capable of! The purpose of this class is to move with intention and listen to the body's cues while tapping into curiosity and courage to push through challenge. Set to fun & energetic music to motivate and inspire! The foundation of this offering is yoga, therefore some basic yoga posture knowledge is encouraged, however all levels are welcome. (95 degrees)

BARRE
A high energy, low-impact class combining pilates, yoga, strength training, and a touch of ballet fundamentals with an emphasis on core strengthening and posture improvement. This class is comprehensively designed to help build muscle strength & endurance, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Set to energetic music to keep you motivated and inspired! (90-95 degrees)

FLOOR BARRE
Experience everything you love about our signature Barre format...minus the barre. Expect an intentional, full-body burn driven by precise micro-movements and thoughtfully layered sequencing designed to strengthen your entire core network, improve posture, build endurance, and sculpt long, lean muscle. Set to energizing, upbeat music, this class is equal parts mood boost and muscle shake; empowering you to push past the burn and leave feeling stronger, taller, and unstoppable.
BARRE HIIT
An energizing fusion class combining the foundations of traditional Spark Barre with low-impact interval training. Expect a dynamic workout that alternates between controlled, low-impact barre sequences and bursts of cardio-driven movement designed to elevate your heart rate and your mood. You'll sculpt long, lean muscles, improve endurance, and leave feeling empowered and strong. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
RESTORE (warm)
Restore: to bring back to a state of health, soundness, or vigor.
Give yourself permission to reset & give back to your body and spirit. This class benefits the body's internal organs by reducing blood pressure, encouraging digestion, and reducing muscle tension. Cultivate ease & peace of mind to allow for a deeper sense of presence and awareness. The pace of this offering is slow, with minimal transitions. Most postures practiced seated or lying down. Props will be utilized to enhance support and relaxation. All levels encouraged. (80-83 degrees) *May include sound bowls
YIN (warm)
A series of postures focusing on seated, prone, and supine positions that are held for longer periods of time. We’ll target the connective tissues, fascia, joints, and muscle tension. Whether you’re experiencing physical or emotional tension, Yin will help restore and heal the body while increasing flexibility and joint mobility. (80 degrees) *May include sound bowls
BOOTCAMP
A high-intensity class incorporating resistance props such as bands & weights for a comprehensive strength training session. This class is designed to build muscle strength with the complement of intervals and heat to build cardiovascular endurance. This class will leave you feeling accomplished, strong, and empowered. CORE + CARDIO
A HIIT style class designed to fire up your core and increase your heart rate. Transitioning between a fierce core circuit and quick bursts of cardio, we'll keep your mind and body guessing to encourage a boost in metabolism, strength building, and a healthy heart. This class is the ultimate mood boost, leaving you feeling challenged and STRONG! All levels welcome. (95 degrees)
