Join Astrid for a special Summer Solstice practice celebrating the longest day of the year through movement, breath, and rest. This 75-minute flow will build warmth, energy, and presence before softening into the grounding resonance of the gong, creating space to unwind and settle into a deeply nourishing savasana.
